This site belongs to MotionInk, registered in the Dominican Republic. You can write to us at hello@motionink.ai.
What this site is
This site presents MotionInk, a custom software studio, and lets you write to us. What it says is for information: it is not a binding offer. Any proposal, price or timeline we give in writing, and it applies only when you accept it.
How you may use it
- To find out about us and to contact us in good faith.
- Without automating the form or scraping its content in bulk.
- Without trying to break into the site, its security or its servers: besides being forbidden here, it may be a crime under Ley 53-07 on high-technology crimes.
- Without sending unlawful or offensive content, or content that is not yours to share.
Who owns what you see
The text, design, film, animations and code of the site belong to MotionInk or to those who license them to us, and are protected by Ley 65-00 on copyright. You may not copy them or use them as your own without written permission.
The names and logos of the projects in the “Work” section belong to their owners. They are shown to identify work we have done and do not mean those brands sponsor or endorse this site.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party pages, such as the projects we show. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.
How far our liability goes
We take care that what we publish is correct and that the site works, but it is offered as it is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using the site or relying on its content.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle your data is in the privacy policy, and which cookies we use, in the cookie policy. They are part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one here, with its date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to the rights Ley 358-05 gives consumers.
